        This place is a joke.I do not know of one person you have helped.The person who calls you back is rude and condescending.Do you think we enjoy begging for a handout when we are completely down and out ? In my opinion you need to take a good look into your organization and who decides where the funds go? CHARITY STARTS AT HOME ! United Way? I think not!!

        211 is a joke. The lady that always answers coordinated entry doesn't do her job, is rude, and could care less bc shes warm and cozy at Home not caring if other people lose theirs. I would give it Zero stars if I could!
