Mid Rivers Surgery Center

The staff was excellent. I had a smooth surgery and I felt very well cared for from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The entire invoicing experience was not excellent. I had a lost payment (only applied when I pulled my statements to prove it), overbilling (only corrected when I pulled my statements to prove it), and confusing at best, incorrect at worst, statements.

Wow.......never would I have thought I would have such an experience! Had foot surgery and I must say EVERYONE involved was fantastic! Nurse Peggy is the standard all nurses should aspire to be! Excellent facility, people and care! Every single part of my experience was outstanding! Thank you Mrs. Peggy! It was my pleasure meeting you.........you are very much appreciated!

I was absolutely blown away by the nurses, Anesthesiologists & my sons dentist on how attentive and out standing they all were while we were there for his oral surgery. Nurse Peggy & Debbie were so wonderful to us, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every time anyone there walked by our bed they checked in on him, made conversation with him, showed they really cared about him. As a momma, I was so nervous for him to be put under & have this surgery but they all made us feel so safe & comfortable. Fantastic people.

This was a horrible experience. I went to this new place already nervous everyone seemed to be to busy to care about my concerns and even tho they were minor I felt the need to know because its surgery anything could go wrong. Still to this day I can not feel part of my hand and two of my fingers go numb often
