        Very clean and private facility - not crowded with other people since you work out one on one with your trainer. Its amazing how the machines focus your effort where you need it to build your strength and it doesnt take long to feel that you have gotten a good workout. Thank you Nathan and Amira!

        The machines are specific to ones own needs and give feedback after every exercise . Amira who is my trainer is very knowledgeable and encourages me with every exercise. She watches my form carefully and adjusts when needed. She is so patient and such a friendly and positive person. I really enjoy training with her and love how safe I feel on the machines.
