As one of the technicians here, I promise calling us and scheduling an appointment makes everything a million times easier for both you and us in the shop. And please, I beg you, park in the PARKING LOT, not in front of the bay doors. We are constantly pulling cars in and out that are already in line ahead of you. Here's a breakdown of how we run: We are currently mostly properly staffed (it was 2-3 of us every single day for months last spring into summer, now we have at least 5-6 every day), and can usually squeeze walk-ins in between appointments within 2 hours, as long as we don't run into a car that we decline services for (broken wheel studs, non repairable tires, less than 4 tires for AWD vehicles, etc.). We do have numerous policies on what we can and can't work on, so if your car is busted up, don't be surprised if we call you with bad news. If you have a large truck (f250, Chevy 2500, ram 2500 or heavier), our lifts usually will not lift them. Your truck may not be super heavy, but our lifts are genuinely junk, and we don't have the choice to order new, better equipment, it is all handled by higher management. We always conform to manufacturer recommendations, so cars with 0w20 oil are stuck getting full synthetic. Most European and luxury cars will need to have the oil filter provided to us by you, we only have so many filters, and we can only use what we have in store. We cannot have filters or any parts ordered in for services like most auto shops nowadays. And to answer some common questions: No we do NOT service brakes, suspension, alignments, coolant, inspections, or check engine lights. We are a maintenance shop, not a repair shop. All services are subject to eligibility based on vehicle condition, and part availability (tires, filters, bulbs, etc.)

I would absolutely have to rate these people a 1 Star as I wanted to get my tires replaced... However, they WILL NOT torque your wheels with a torque wrench and instead use a Torque Bar.. I will not ALLOW my vehicle to have tires that the torque is a rough estimate and probably not accurate. This is a Bad Place to get your tires replaced. As an Aircraft Mechanic, I know the Value of a good torque... the Torque Bar is not it!
