Pulmonary Consultants

Went here because a friend recommended this office. She stated they have helped her. Never seen a real doctor always a nurse practitioner. Went for 1 year. Absolutely no improvement. Tried this, tried that. Tried next strength up. That's all was ever done. Never getting to problem/reason. Just dealing with symptoms. Its a pain calling in to report sickness. No other communication to doctor or reorder meds. Nothing online. Why? They are clearly behind the times. So much easier if we type or questions or seek appointments online. Avoid the middle person(s) who muck it up. Was told get x-ray. I kept waiting for results. They never called me. NEVER. That is their job!! Was told they sent order in for x-ray but when I got to facility, they never received it. ???? Was told prescription was sent to pharmacy, but they never received it. ??? Too many times they dropped the ball with my health. Clearly, they don't care. They do not know how to run an office. Why should I bring reports or X-rays on this day and age. Connect with other systems by God. We should pay bill online, we can't even do that. Found another lung office, immediately seeking reason why and how to improve my issues. I would not recommend anyone.

Front desk staff are rude. I called 4 times. The 1st time, I waited over 10mins and never spoke with anyone. The other 3 times, they answered the phone, placed me on hold and hung up. I didnt even get a chance to make an appointment and definitely wont be making one. If those are the people that represent your facility, they should be replaced with better staff.

The Worst! Original appointment 2 years ago! Was being charged monthly for equipment that I never received. Called they canceled and switched to a different company. Never received again, never followed up. Called again and now have to make a new appointment because it has been too long.

I was treated very well at Pulmonary Consultants. Each Specialist explained every procedure to me thoroughly. I recommend them highly.

I wouldn't let them examine a " Dead Dog !" They are $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ kickback gutter incompetent worms. I learned more about my condition in 2 hrs with a real pulmonologist than wasting 6 months with dumb & dumber. All the test they did were done wrong as it turned out. She literally jumped on me and said you need OFEV! what am I supposed to say $ 75 a day! Talk about a scam ! Even working couldn't afford th. $2234 00 So if you have breathing problems don't go there !F------- Reting and CVS Specialty Pharmacy is involved, don't shop there either. Everything I put down I stand behind! Anyone know a good lawyer let's talk see if I got a case ?
