I got injured at work and it took them 3 weeks for me to get my first check and even when I got medically released by the dr which I shouldn't have bc I am still have issues w one of my injuries and I have been trying to het in touch w them for several months to het the paperwork that states I was medically released my adjuster never answers her phone nor emails and I need to see a Dr bout my injury to my leg

The worst experience I have ever had. We filed a claim due to property damage at the beginning of June. The adjuster never answered her calls and never called us back. We had to reach out to the customer service department for them to send her an email to call us. We were also told our check for our claim was mailed out on June 30th. Here we are July 28th and still no check. Almost 2 months later! What a huge inconvenience we have experienced with our property damage. I am beyond frustrated and would caution others in the future to prepare for extremely long wait times to get your claims resolved.

Honestly, it was like pulling teeth to talk to the person that was assigned to my claim. Fortunately there was another person that took my calls the majority of the time. Which is the only reason for 2 stars. Otherwise, Id give zero if I could. I kept a log of all the calls and Voicemails that I left. I was told that someone would always call me back within 24 hours. That is NOT the case. AT ALL. I even called the supervisor 4 times and never received a phone call back from her, AT ALL. Very disappointing that is how people are treated. Especially because I didnt do anything wrong. A tile flew off of a waste management truck. But after two months I was finally able to get my truck in the shop. (Took so long because of all the delays) Also they gave my case to an agent who immediately went on vacation for a week. Got back for one day, didnt return my calls and went on another vacation.
