        I would not recommend working here and you don't have your license. Because if you don't and you take your tests and you fail..they will terminate you.

        If you want smooth and easy insurance for NOT use CHUBB!!! This company is mid at best and the management in the OFallon location is a complete joke. On top of which if you want to support a company that supports and compensates their employees definitely look elsewhere.

        Filed a claim with Chubb when one of their clients was clearly at fault. Took 5 months for them to admit fault. I was never able to get a hold of the adjuster via email or call. Frequently got different answers when I tried to speak with other adjusters. Beyond frustrating with the lack of communication.
