do yourself a favor do not use they service they completely not clear about they service, charge been told $120 service call and $120 an hour ,i also clearly ask the lady if they work on those machines and they know what they doing, of course was the answer. when they finish they job doing completely nothing they been there 3 hours instead of 30 minutes to tell us what we already know, they charge an extra $120 for them just to drive to you which i never been told and for sure not will agree. I gave them my credit card to hold and told them i will pay by check, they charged my card when the 30 minute job was done after 3 hours they charge us $630,also left the machine without connecting wires back of course not fixing the problem when i call to complain to try to dispute part of the charge the manger hung the phone up. I will take you to court if you don't refund me do yourself a favor rip off and bad service and bad manger attitude stay away baaaaaaad

They were not clear on their service rates. Charged an obscene unexpected amount of money that was not stated in the beginning for a problem to not be solved and the tech literally unscrewed my equipment and left it undone without a remedy and I called asked to speak with the service manager and Im being told he was out of the office. He calls back and says he was in the office ear hustling and basically avoiding to speak with me at the time. Unprofessional use at your own risk
