        Our A/C was having problems staying on. I called Faszold and they sent someone out the same day. Service Tech Anthony determined the problem and our A/C was up and running within an hour. Anthony was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and took the time to help educate us on what the issue at hand was. Happy customer here!

        From the interaction with the salesman all the way to the installers our experience was amazing! Everyone was polite and willing to answer any and every question I had. I highly recommend this company for anything HVAC!!

        The technician called to update me on his arrival time. He covered his shoes to prevent tracking anything on my carpet. He performed a very thorough maintenance check on my furnace and A/C. My A/C was not working when he arrived, but he quickly found the failed component and got me going again. As always, very happy with the professionalism and fair value I receive from Faszold. Now that they are part of Classic Aire Care, I have to change my review. I called them in October to schedule my fall tune up under my maintenance contract. They gave me a December 29th date. Unfortunately I encouraged my daughter to purchase a maintenance contract from them. She did so and ended up paying $900 for A/C service with another firm because Faszold said they were booked and could not get to her for a few days. SO MUCH FOR SERVICE PRIORITY. There committment to taking care of their loyal customers has ended.
