Ever since the store moved locations the customer service has been awful. I was completely ignored until I approach an employee glued to his cellphone, I ask for a simple part and he pointed in a general location and went back to his cellphone. I will not be returning, there are plenty of other gun stores in the area with friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Lucky to have this shop so close. All of the hard to find brands, knowledgeable staff, and decent prices (cant beat online, but who can?) Only knocking off a star because their transfer fees are pretty high. Otherwise, this is my first stop when looking for a new firearm.

I literally will not take my business anywhere else other than Eagle Armory. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with anything when I enter the shop. Thank you so much for walking me through the process of buying my first suppressor! I cannot speak anymore highly of this establishment. I love the new extension to the store as well, there are more things to look at and buy if wife my allows it.

This store has racist employees that are not willing to help you if your black an employee of this place lied and said I smelled like weed so he would not have help me when I asked the owner if I smelled like weed he did not agree with his employe but the tone had already been set I look at all people as human and not by the color of their skin I also had a family member with me who just so happens to be a police officer for St. Louis county, just not a place I want to spend the money I work hard for i for give you man just please break this cycle of racism it not ok
