        Literally one of the most dirty places I have ever entered. The tables and chairs look like they've never been cleaned, the floors looked like the source for COVID, and who knows when the utensils for the toppings were last washed. Please look into this; this place is legitimately a health hazard.

        BEWARE!!! This is the most filthiest ice place that I have ever visit. The place is so unsanitary. The toppings are all over the place. The containers with the toppings are dirty. The fruit are all over the table. All the toppings are mixed in together. Menchies need to find a different method on how to scoop the fruit & candy out. Everyone is using the same spoon to scoop fruit & candy. Its disgusting. The workers should clean up the mess. This place does not deserve any star rating. I do not recommend eating ice cream from this establishment EVER!!!

        Frozen yogurt and topping area was clean, but the tables and chairs and wall in the lobby were filthy looking. I usually take mine to go, but my daughter wanted to eat it there but it was hard to enjoy it because of the condition of the seating area. Could definitely use a magic eraser.

        The rudest employees ever! Walked in at 8:36pm, received a glare from young woman sweeping the floor, she stopped sweeping and proceeded to give her coworker a look who was standing behind the counter expressionless. No greeting, no smile, just eyes half open completely deadpan expression. There were plenty other people in store at the time. They close at 9pm, my 2 kids who had been looking forward to this all week eventually asked me to leave because they felt uncomfortable (they are teenagers and able to read non verbal cues). The same woman who was sweeping started stacking the chairs around us as loud as she could sending a clear message she wanted us out. We left at 8:56pm prior to closing and they quickly locked the door behind us. Spent a ton of money, horrible experience and extremely rude employees.
