I love this place! It's genuinely welcoming and so much fun. Lizz is fantastic and incredibly informative. She shares her love for it and ensures everyone has a great time. It's such a fantastic way to work out, and they offer tons of classes.

I started pink lemon close to two years ago and it has absolutely changed how I view myself and fitness. When I started I was probably at my lowest I've ever been. I wasn't eating or sleeping. My confidence was rock bottom. I had a lot of trauma lingering. I started with aerial silks. I couldn't do much, but Lizz, one of the instructors, never gave up on me and kept pushing. The owner, Jenn, was so warm, welcoming, and uplifting. I started pole and flexibility classes and I can't believe my growth and progress emotionally, mentally, and physically! I feel sexy, happy, strong. I highly recommend this studio for so many reasons! I am looking forward to my growth in confidence and strength this year.

I have trained at almost all of the local studios and while they all have something positive to offer, none are as wonderful as Pink Lemon. My skills have grown so much here. I feel safe, validated, and respected in every class I take. Ive also made good friends who are supportive and encouraging. Love it here!!! I added pictures to show whats possible at this studio
