I had the cabinets refaced and I was under the impression they were doing the inside and outside of the cabinets. They only do the outside of the cabinet face, not even the bottom of the top row of cabinets. I paid 9,000 for them to glue on the outside, new doors and new drawers. The inside still is old. I could have paid 3,000 more for all new stuff. Absolute waste of money.

Coming from a Lowe's fan, I was highly impressed and satisfied with my experience working with William aka Curly!He has shown great customer service and was very knowledgeable when it pertained to the tools I needed assistance with. I actually came in for a second time today (03/31/22) looking for some materials for a new wall project. I wasn't expecting to run into William, but I was really happy to due to the lack of knowledge some of the other employees showcased. I came in for one specific item and left with a high recommendation for a completely different and better material option. Thanks Curly for your customer service. Looking forward to working with you again!!!

DO NOT ORDER GRANITE COUNTERTOPS FROM HOME DEPOT!!!
Home Depot uses a company by the name of Top Master who provides the granite and installation. Shortly after installation the counter top developed a hairline crack at the weakest part of slab around the sink cutout. Top Master sent out a representative who advised the top could not be repaired and and also found where the slab was chipped on the bottom side. The representative also advised that the sink cutout was improperly done so he measured for the top to be replaced. Today we were notified by Top Master that the chip was not there problem and would be unable to help us in any way. Home Depot was also notified of this decision and did nothing to help.
With all the granite companies in the O'Fallon, Missouri area please DO NOT!!!!!! put your trust in Home Depot or Top Masters you will be left with an inferior product delivered by two companies that only want your money.
