Absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced from any store. Not only did I not get greeted by the 3 ... yes 3 employees sitting behind the counter, they did not ask while I was there, what I needed, nothing. I had to tell them what I needed and when I said I wanted the iPhone 11 "we don't have that"..."Ok, can you see if another store does?" ... "No you can call them and ask though". Needless to say I left and went to the TMobile on Mid Rivers past the mall (330 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376) where they actually care and have customer service. This was an absolutely shameful experience...even my 12 year old knew it was horrible!

Went into the store on Saturday 11/23/19 around 1:30pm. No one greeted us upon entering and after walking around for approx 10 minutes, and looking at the employees, no one asked if we needed any help. There were 3-4 employees working, 2 were assisting others at the counter. Since we felt like no one wanted our business, we went to another Sprint store and were taken care of immediately. We upgraded all 4 of our phones at the other St Peters Sprint store.

the people that are very knowledgeable especially the young lady behind the counter with the glasses I forgot her name and Bob the managers excellent never pushy always make suggestions if it saves you money
