    Nate Moore was helpful with the purchase of our 2019 jeep Cherokee. (*Update*) READ AND RE-READ THE PAPERWORK!!!! --- They didnt add the $2,000 for trade-in and their promotional credits to the purchase. --- They didnt price match like they said they would then claim to have no details on the price match after phone calls and emails with the link had been sent and agreed to. (The cheaper car was sold by the time I realized) --- I asked for an itemized list showing where the supposed trade-in and promo money went as well as showing the price matching they had supposedly done 6 to 7 times and was told they either couldnt come up with one or theyd get back to me. As you can probably guess, they never did. They offer a supposed minimum of 1000 for your trade-in as well as another 1000 for other promotional stuff you can do with them. About a week after getting my car I was re-reviewing my paperwork and realized that after sitting for 5 - 6 hours in the dealership as they got the purchase set up, I missed that the 2000 that was supposedly supposed to come off the purchase was missing and the vehicle cost more than the price match guarantee had promised. Once I found out about this I asked repeatedly for paperwork and for them to address this error but it fell into the void somewhere. To sum up. Dealers are not your friends, salespeople are not your friends, if it takes an extra 5 hours, REVIEW EVERY PAPER you get and make sure you are getting what they had agreed to. I ended up with a car that was roughly 5,000 over what I was told it would be. I have given them two stars because they didnt sell me a lemon on top of everything else. The vehicle is a sturdy and reliable SUV. Though I suppose that can be chalked up to the manufacturer more then the dealership.
