        I just want to say that the knowledge, communications and customer service were beyond reproach during my recent visit for major door and side panel repair. To add to this my truck sustained hail damaged while at the body shop. The service advisor Mike Jaeger always kept me up to date as to progress and delays. The staff worked seamlessly with the insurance and rental car process, which helped keep my stress level lowered. I would definitely use Schaefer Autobody OFallon in the future.

      Hi, Erica. It appears that you left this review for a different location than you interacted with. However, we’ll still do our best to help. Last week’s storm that impacted the St. Louis area has led to some insurers to request matters be handled through them. This is typical after a catastrophic event like occurred on March 14. We certainly empathize with not having a vehicle that’s drivable; however, our teammates are doing as instructed.
