This is an extremely beautiful property with up-to-date technology relevant for today. I'm told it's considered a 15 minute city. Everything is literally at your fingertips including health & Fitness. Definitely a property on the rise.

Such a beautiful, clean and welcoming apartment complex. I absolutely love living here! The building is so well maintained and flawless. They have a beautiful pool and workout facility. I absolutely love the shared workspace room. They have plenty of space to just hangout, relax or work. Theres an awesome coffee/tea machine with a lot of varieties of coffee and tea along with other beverages. The office staff is just lovely, very welcoming and available. You will LOVE living here!

Beware!! We rented a unit for one of our employees. Unfortunately he passed away unexpectedly and we needed to break the lease.
Laura is rude and unprofessional. We paid over $5,000 to break the lease. Apparently in the fine print we still owe 3,000 somehow.
We would have been better off keeping the lease until the end. However, we were misled. Now Laura gets to be a smart a@$ and say guess you should have looked a little closer
Definitely do not recommend
