Updating my review:
Been with them for a few years now, always personable and we always get great workouts, and the staff is knowledgeable of things beyond just lifting. They have helped me work through, and around injuries. I just wish they had a stages spin bike (@Chico :))

Ive been training for almost 5 months with Dean. Though it took a minute to mesh our personalities, its the best decision I have made in a long time. I am 58 yrs old and have fought with a form of Muscular Dystrophy since I was 20(you do the math). I became very aware that Dean was NOT going to pity me like others or let alone coddle me. He believed in me from day one. He pushes me into doing things I couldnt do in years. We have a ways to go but with all the physical therapy I have done over the years Dean blows them out of the water. All I can say is try The Grind.. what do you have to lose except fat, anxiety, and self doubt

I got the grind workout bench. I bought it specifically because it says on their website that all of their products are made in the United States. So when I received my bench today and great big bold letters on the box that says "MADE IN CHINA"
. That is the one place on planet Earth I did not want to buy from.
