Its interesting that this urgent care is called 24/7, when in fact, its not opened 24 hours a day. Im from Los Angeles and it really irks me when people who arent from California, like to bicker about how we can be very plastic (fake). Though, when I come to the Show Me State, nothing truly seems as it is, and a lot of what I see here is based on lies.

Came in with breathing difficulties due to asthma and these folks went above and beyond! The took awesome care of me in a very timely fashion. Polite and professional staff. So glad they're back!

I have been to this Urgent Care a couple of times. The staff has always been very nice and I have always been quickly seen. Being the only Urgent Care in Downtown, I cannot say how much I value they are there.

I highly recommend this Urgent Care. The staff is very kind and the Doctor listened and went above and beyond. I went in 6 weeks ago for a bronchial infection. I had been having other symptoms (stomach pain, loss of appetite, nausea, etc) for weeks but was dealing with them, but I let the doctor know about them. He gave me medicine and told me to come back if it didn't clear up in a few days. I came back a few days later after finishing the meds because I still felt unwell. He went over everything with me again and said my symptoms weren't adding up to just a bronchial infection. Sent me to get a CT scan to rule out possible appendicitis. After a 6 hour wait in the ER I finally got the CT scan to reveal a ruptured appendix! I was immediately taken for surgery. The doctor called me the next day to check up on me and I let him know what happened. I'm not sure where I would be if he didn't insist I get that CT scan. I do know that it would have been much worse.
