        I had several terrible experiences with the administration, messing up my medical records with sloppy data entry, miscoding and charging too much to insurance. The doctors and nurses were all very nice and helpful, though.

        Seen pretty quickly, but our nurse practitioner was new/inexperienced. Could not locate the strep test strips in the room, misspoke about some common questions (covid and flu can't be swabbed by the same swab). Luckily, the other staff were really helpful and saved this poor NP. Still, not a trip that instilled confidence.
