        Something has gone off the rails with Joe. I dropped off my chair in November. 4 weeks he estimated. Under estimated the amount of covering. Couldn't sew the back of the chair, didn't have the right equipment. Asked me to solve it. He has not picked up his phone in nearly 4 weeks when I call. It's been 6 months and I'm out all the deposit, the cost of the covering, and no chair. During all this he changed shops. No store, works out of a house.
