Poor customer service. They set my appointment for 1230, I was the only person in the waiting room. They said someone come get me closer to 1p. At least 7 people who came in after me were called back. When I asked if they were behind, they asked my name and I gave it. They said someone would be out any momemt to get me. Then a patient who walked in about two minutes after I sat down got called back and I'm still waiting here. 1.5 hours after I got here.

Incredible staff, lower cost, and great results! Ive had 2 children have braces here, and absolutely recommend SLU CADE!

Waited over a month for this appointment, for financial reasons was hoping this was going to be our best option but unfortunately Im so bummed now. The Financial Lady was as rude as they can make them, she was either having a bad day or her life is just so miserable that she couldnt add kindness to do her job, forget about kindness but at least be a human been and treat people with respect, if it wasnt because this place is cheaper I wouldve walked off from that office but I guess you get what you pay for, she got upset because I asked about the treatment process for my two daughters before I make the decision to move forward, the doctor said they might need to pull some teeth out without having the X-rays yet so I asked about it and she said that was going to be discussed on the third appointment (consultation) and if thats what they decide then I have no saying on it, ahh hellooo I am the mother, I have a say on it, Im paying for this service so I need to know what its going to be done to my child before I do business with you. No wonder why you all are so busy if the patient has to come back multiple times when in other clinics they do all this in ONE appointment. This first appointment to me was a total waste of our time, screening just to tell us that YES my daughters need braces, well DUHH we know they do, thats why we are here!! You have to do three appointments before you start with the real process. Like is fun to take children out of school and miss your job. I was truly not expecting this, my daughters dont want to come back for the rudeness of that lady and after visiting three other places at their young age they can tell the difference.
