Brian is one of the most authentic people in the real estate transaction process! The knowledge he provides to the process not only helps with providing clarity, especially for first time homebuyers, but also facilitates in helpful information surrounding the transaction. Title is supposed to be neutral through the whole procedure, yet Brian still makes you feel like he's only on your team. Their closing costs are accurate and the transaction is smooth and without delay (compared to some stories I've heard about closing day and title companies being MIA). You feel safe knowing the money is in the right hands and the property is legally where it should be. In talking with Brian, his knowledge and abilities extend outside of just the transaction process and he can help with many other forms of deals, deeds and connections to other aspects of the real estate process. I highly recommend at least having a conversation with him to see that he's the right fit!

Brian is an awesome asset to keep in your back pocket. I have asked him multiple questions and he always comes in with the best answers. Anything from getting deeds accomplished all the way through helping my friends with the titles on their homes and more. I will refer all of my friends, family and clients directly to Brian.
