        I was greeted warmly on arrival and my vehicle was taken for service on time. Service was completed promptly and correctly under the service agreement as part of the Mini Cooper warranty while I waited. A comfortable waiting area with drinks and snacks is provided. The bathroom was spotless and odor free. Everyone at the facility was helpful and friendly. Ill return for any additional needs.
