My wife and I had 2 slabs set aside that we picked out for our kitchen. They tagged them for us and set them aside. Fast forward a bit to when I need them for my kitchen and I find out they sold them to someone else. My wife and I had already made decisions for our kitchen based off those exact slabs. No sorry or quick work to make it right. All they did was call the rep and email him to see if they had anymore of the same stone available. I'm sorry but that doesn't help.me get the slabs I already picked out that you sold from under me. If you need to do counter tops go somewhere else. Here you don't know if you'll get what you picked out. Update: Rep called and said sorry we sold them 2 weeks ago to another client. But for the inconvenience they would work a deal with my fabricator. Well sorry Dan in the amount of time it took you to figure out you guys messed up I already gave my business to someone else. I don't want your sorry deal I want the stone slabs I picked for my kitchen but you guys decided someone else deserved my slabs. So I'm deciding you deserve a 1 star.

Great experience with an experienced UGM rep. She was friendly, knowledgeable and allowed us to shop, answering all questions. Very professional showroom. Highly recommend to anyone looking for countertops.
