Doing a great job, Taxis are a much better alternative to Uber and Lyft. Money stays in our local area. Cabs must be regulated and standardized, which is what this Agency does. Keeps all of us safe from illegals and rogue cabs.

Apparently only 1 person works here, find that hard to believe. Employee was very distasteful in the way they treat those that have to go through this scam of a "business "

I bought new luxury Honda Odyssey 2023, I was planning to run cab while my business getting slow this time so I got license, passed finger print and yesterday I drove there for inspection but unfortunately the lady on the front desk said they not do inspection after 10:30am and only 3pm to 3:30 pm, ok even there is no any sign on the walking door about this scheduled inspection time but again it's ok I drive back to home and decided to come in the morning so I was there today morning like the lady said I was there at 8:30 am and the inspector man his name is Ryan came at 9:15am with 45 min late, he came out and complain about magnetic signes I tried to explained him I will drive this van only sometimes in the morning and other times I have to drive only for my personnel needs but he would not wanna even listened me, I was standing right by him when I was talking with him, I am surprised the person who was controlling and regulating cabs was badly smelling of stinky marihuana smell I am sure he was smoked in the morning already and came to work to tell drivers what is the right and what's the wrong, I tried to argue with him because of the magnetic sign was stocked on my car like permanent sticker and it's not gonna hurt anyone also I was driving on highway like 20 min they did not even moved, so what's the wrong? There is many cab company who do not using any signs like Ubers, also that company where I was planning to work all trips there with flat rates they do not even need meters inside the car also there is apps what all drivers already using for meter, hey cab commission guys stop smoking crack and open your iye, we already living in 21st century, everything is changed long time ago, weak up and stop harrasing drivers. Drivers coming there not for using your printer for copying money they just need to get legal proof for work and you guys there only for supporting and helping people, you guys working for us and we paying your weekly check, you do not have any right to stop work drivers if they ready for that, they are there not for food stamps or trying to get unemployment money from government they are there only for work, they trying to make their money and survive. I have a 2023 new Honda Odyssey, I believe every person who going to get ride with me will enjoy his ride with new car and you guys instead of giving hands giving hard time to people who wants to work and investing for car $46000 I think deserved respect and need to be listened at least before they will ask to ruthly leave the place. ( also that payments I made to commission, finger print and signed already cost $ 133$) So here is what I wanna say, I hope government or minister of transportation will pay attention and they not gonna aloud work there smoky inspectors also hopefully this guys going to learn work more professionally and they will make drivers life a lot comfortable and please NO DISCREMINATION we all the immigrants and every one who came here from every where because of try to listen yourself you are also not sound indian American . If you have All your Documents, it might be a Quick Experience. Otherwise, give yourself 30-45 mins for Completion. It's in a Hard To Find Bldg, so Add Extra Time to find.
