This agency location is horrible. They denied my application because the worker called me and stated that she couldnt read my check stubs. My DFS worker stated that they shouldnt request income verification since I get food stamps. Called and left several messages and went up there last week to drop off the check stubs again still no response back. Hire people who want to do the job instead of lazy people.

I have been working with them in and off for a few years now. They are very helpful and make getting the assistance that one needs, a very calm, smooth, effective process. I recommend anyone in need of community resources to go here and meet with a case worker. They have lots of resources for all kinds of situations and you really feel helped and at ease.

Worst customer I ever experienced. I placed personal information in this box a they lost my documents this organization is so disorganized. I was told Im not in the system a nobody knows where my information in . I was told to come into the office just to get there an the employee wasnt present.
