A lady named Hannah Brda is supposed to be helping me find a place to live and at first, I thought she was nice and was going to be helpful, but I was wrong. I have been trying to call her for the past couple of weeks and I can't even get her to reply back. Even if there is nothing available, it only takes a couple of minutes to call/text/email and say everything is full. Not to mention it is courteous and lets the person know you are not just ignoring them. I have a job and she was telling me I should skip work and go to a shelter if one has an immediate opening available-kind of irresponsible to encourage people to miss work if they're not sick. They have you write down your goals, but they don't really do anything to help you accomplish them. One was to get my ID and I was supposed to get a birth certificate mailed to their office, but they never told me if/when it came. I ended up paying for my own and getting my ID by myself. All they have done so far is waste my time and bus fare and not help me. The only semi-helpful thing they have done is provide a couple of bus passes for me, and I had to ask for those.
