Im not confident that Aldo is a legitimate business. Their customer service is very poor.
I ordered a pair of mens loafers and received a completely different shoe (womens heels). The customer service phone number didnt have any mechanism to talk to a real person, so all I could get was an automated message saying that Your order has been delivered. Their online chat said it was down due to a technical error. I was finally able to make the return by going to a local store, but it took 16 mins for the employee to figure out how to do the return.

Jerel is an absolute star - I never go to malls anymore but recently went with my bf to galleria shop, he not only gave us both personalized intentional recommendations which were equal parts genuine and also beautifully tailored to our individual and natural needs.. He also took SUCH great care w/ five star attention detail from start to end, as if shop was truly his own - Jerel took pride in the fact he cared for his place and part within the company he represents and it shined throughout the entire experience. Not only knew product specs offered front to back but also very knowledgeable on alternate styles, sizing, availability etc
I have worked in wide range of hospitality, high end retail and real estate in Clayton, CWE, Brentwood, Ladue etc etc for well over 20 + years.. and I could only dream of having an employee who took such effortless seamless ownership - while also making me feel welcome and comfortable enough to stay while, take my time and ask questions as needed. He provided just enough brand awareness without a too much feel that way too many companies shove down throats. Truly showed hospitality from a genuine kind and professional place if I could give 10 stars I would - will def be back and share my experience with others.
