        Had a sewer backup in May 2022, they came out right away and cleared the blockage but it backed up again about 37 days later so I fell outside the 30 day warranty. I was given a bit of a discount but come on. Its an 75+ year old house with two adults who dont flush things that dont belong in the sewer. The second time they came out they said I should have a jet cleaning for sludge and they would call me. No call came, so I called them a few weeks later and had to leave a message. No call back again. Im done with them. The guys that came out were professional and respectful. Service: Drain cleaning
