        My company has two units here we use to store equipment parts and receive ups deliveries regularly. I have only been using it for a year and it's been a disaster. Access doors (front & rear) broken for months and left wide open. One of our units had lock cut off during that time. Office staff has been good when they are there, until the latest group (ladies) The last week the motor on main access door is out, so the only way in is when office is open 9:30-6:00 pm. So much for 24 hr access. Why not have the door by the office with keypad available for 24 access entry while door is broken ? Can't rely on office being open for access on their regular hours. I have had ups not make several deliveries I need because of all this mess.
