Dont give these people access to your bank account. On January 31st, I rented a storage online. I was given the $1 promotion and including fees, paid $31 for the 1st month's rent. I then called and spoke,at length with Adam, so that he could explain everything. The very next day, I had a new charge for $128 from them. I tried to call the office repeatedly, but no one ever answered. Late in the evening, right before they closed, I decided to go in person. When I walked in, Adam was on the phone. When he finally hung up, I explained the situation and told him I needed the issue fixed asap. I was in the middle of an expensive move and was depending on that money for other things. After a long stretch on his computer he told me that their policy was to charge everyone on the first day of the month, and he would only be able to give me a partial refund and it would take 7 to 10 business days. I told him since I'm waiting that long, I want a full refund and will find another storage. I waited 13 days before I called inquiring about my money. He said he didn't know where it was and called the corporate office. A few days later, I called again and was given the corporate number. I was told then that my request had to be reviewed by the bosses to decide if they would give me a refund. It would be another 7 to 10 days. This is March 19th, and I still have not received a single dollar of my money.

This place is horrible, twice I have been to my unit and it was locked when payment was received then when one of the workers had to come unlock it she tells me and the men I hired this is my only off day my grandkids are here from out of town and went off to tell us about how we inconvenienced her , totally unprofessional. Adam, Derek, and Denise very rude all because they were caught not doing their jobs and blamed me for my unit being locked when I called the day before and was told it was u locked. This place is horrible do not spend your money here and on top of that someones unit it is leaking and the floors were wet. Then there are people sleeping in their units. Very unsafe and very disappointed in customer service given. They blame the customer for their faults which is insane
