3 hours for a physical

I wish I would have read the reviews before subjecting myself to this place. I had to make 2 trips due to the waiting being over 2 hours!! I went for a simple physical exam my second trip I have been here over 3 hours!!! I explained I needed to pick up my child and the dr said I needed to come back tomorrow??!!!! I dont know who they typically deal with but I have a job and cant spend hours waiting for a physical, the inconsiderateness is asinine. The staff was quite pleasant but that does not make up for the unprofessionalism and lack of respect for others time. Mercy please kind and compassionate doctors or create a system that doesnt have people waiting for hours!!!

Had an appointment SCHEDULED @ 10am. I showed up early and had all paperwork filled out and given to them by 9:45am. It was 10:45am before they to took me to do the drug screening. Then, sat in the other room for going on an hour at this point waiting for a doctor to do their part of the physical. All this KNOWING I HAD A LIFT TEST AT 11 THAT I'VE HAD TO PUSH BACK TWICE!! Overwhelmed and understaffed? Or are we way too lenient on the freedom we give nurses and doctors?

They were quick and efficient. I was there less than 30 minutes!!!
