Mr. Jaffe, Colleen and Tina are gonna be the nicest people you will ever meet. They offer amazing and competitive rent prices. My building has free wi-fi, in house laundry and is extremely nice. It has absolutely everything I need, and more. It is modern and fresh but with a historic exterior. Security in the building is good too.

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews about staff treatment from M Jaffe. While my 3 years living in M Jaffe buildings were not perfect, I feel I had great customer service from staff. Maintenance calls, lease concerns, etc. were treated in an extremely kind manner and I never experienced any communication I felt was negative or disrespectful. The only negatives I can say about my experience were due to the older state of the buildings (hot water, radiators, water leaks, etc.). Ultimately, I believe I could not have received better accommodations for the very affordable price of my apartments. As a new graduate, it was great to be able to live in an area I otherwise would not have been able to afford.

I was a tenant for 4 years, lived in 2 different apartments, and I can say that my experience with M Jaffe Group was amazing! I interacted with all 3 of them - Colleen, Mark, and Tena for various questions (but mostly with Colleen), and everyone was always super responsive, friendly, and most important - helpful. If not for moving to a different state, I would have stayed with them for way longer! Thank you for everything!

I had the best experience leasing through Jaffe. I needed to move asap and Mark Jaffe got me set up with an apartment the same day. The unit was amazing, the rest of management was so helpful and quick with getting things fixed or helping me get into my apartment when I was locked out, and everyone on the team was so kind. The maintenance guys were so sweet and offered to help me when I was moving in/out alone as well as when I broke my ankle and was having a hard time maneuvering the stairs. If I wasnt leaving for school I would have signed another lease in a heartbeat. Cant recommend enough.
