    Unfortunately, my experience with Ridgemoore Properties was anything but good. One of their team members named Bill signed contract on my real estate property sale. House was tenant occupied and he was aware from the day one. In the contract, he indicated in the contingency clause that he will discuss tenant occupancy with his attorney and get back with seller within 7 business days. I heard back from him on the day 10 indicating that he is backing out due to covid. I understand the argument, but I anticipated response within 7 business days as we agreed on. Meanwhile, I was turning down other offers. When I confronted Bill, he would not give me straight answer. This was very inconsiderate, unethical and unprofessional. I just signed mutual release form. That was a hurdle as well. If anything, i would recommend to stay away from Ridgemoor Properties to save you a lot of headache. They don't deserve even one star!!! Update: after reading Elizabeth Boedeckers review, I noticed pattern. Ridgemoor was using similar pressure strategies to lower the price on my property. Negotiating price during the process is normal and acceptable, but trying to pray on people's vulnerability is just so wrong. CROOKS indeed they are!!!

    They completely waste your time. They have you make commitments and then last min try to low ball you. Example: We will buy your house at 108,000 however you need to be out immediately. Us owners agree find an apartment and sign a lease for this waste of a space company to then on the last day (after 3 amendment changes due to them “not being able to come out”) they come back and say well we will only buy it for 103,000. So thank you for screwing my family over. Do not work with these jokers. EVER. Bill was TERRIBLE, a LAIR and just plain HORRIBLE. Don’t trust these people with anything Edit: to their response still lying. Beware people
