Our realtor Liz was extremely helpful. She was also knowledgeable and came prepared. She had things in order and proceeded forward quickly to get our on the market. Indepentent showings began 3 days after listing. She offered an open house within 5 days of listing. Offers were coming within 3 days of listing and Liz kept us posted. We accepted an offer 6 days after the house went on the market. Liz was helping us review our offers and answered any questions we may have had. Liz was instrumental in helping us sell our home. Kalie was equally as knowledgeable and helpful when it came to marketing our home and helping us post offer through everything else that we had to do. Since we were new to the housing market and how things worked, having Liz, Kalie and their company working with us in selling our home, made it extremely easy and painless.
