Ed worked hard to ensure that we were in a home that had as many of the features we wanted as possible. Since we were moving to St. Louis from another state, we relied heavily on him to screen properties for us, and he did this willingly and well. In fact, we made an offer on a property before seeing it in person, based on his recommendation. Ed has a useful knowledge about the structural soundness of a property and has a large network of professionals he can tap for needed repairs, etc. He called on one of these firms to help us get the carpets cleaned the day of closing, prior to the moving van's arrival. We would definitely use his services again, and wholeheartedly recommend him to others.
