Wanna get the tea here it is friends negative five stars!!!! They are great at being the worst company.This company will lie cheat steal and try to steal your property from you. Legit worst place ever. Not to mention none of their homes exteriors are up to FHA or HUD standards meaning. You cannot sell your property because they refuse to do their job and then have the audacity to call your realtor asking if it sold yet. When they know exactly why it is not selling AND AFTER THEY BLOCKED A CASH SALE OF THE PROPERTY . Update 2/28/23 I filed a complaint with the bbb and they blocked me on fb because I called them out. Update 3/27/22 THEY STILL have not responded to the BBB complaint OR FIX THE ISSUES THEY ARE PAID TO HANDLE Update 4/1/23 : They are selling the homes only to their friends of the board and are claiming its due to our realtors "experience " "The houses are selling and sent in my angry voicemails to make it seem like im just a Karen. Our realtor has more experience than their office employees have . They just wanna pass the buck and not take fault. This company is doing financial crimes and no one seems to care.

Prism manages Braeshire condominium. Their customer service has improved a lot. Now they usually respond within 24 hrs.

Ive never written a review, but I felt strongly compelled to because of how impressed Ive been with Prism Realty! This is my first time renting and I feel so lucky that I found them, especially since moving here from out of state and being unfamiliar with the area. They are readily available to me and I truly felt cared for by all the staff. They make me feel individualized and put their entire effort into making sure Im satisfied. I remember needing a new microwave and they were on it right away! They had a brand new one sent to me within a couple days! The maintenance crew has been so impressive. I asked if it was possible to get a shower head with a handle, and the maintenance man happily said of course, and literally went and got a brand new one and installed that day! Its no overstatement that Prism Realty has gone above and beyond for me and its with sincere integrity that I would highly recommend them!
