This apartment was falling apart throughout mine and my partners two years. There was water damage in our bedroom and mold in the bathroom that continued to grow. The first 6 months we were there, there was someone who came every Sunday to clean the stairway. Not sure what happened to them, but when new neighbor moved in, they became the apartments cleaners. They never cleaned, but maybe once. And they even went to the new tenets back doors and banged on them and told them that they were management and they had to let them into their apartment. Not to mention the woman who is supposably a clean is an active heroin addict that buys drugs out in front and nods off in the community back yard. Also, during a storm our back porch fell apart, so I went online and put a maintenance request. They never came to fix the porch until after we told them that we were moving. The bathtub was also painted so every time you clean and/or take a shower, it clogs the drain with paint chips. When we moved out patched all the holes we made and cleaned top to bottom and they charged us $600. Don't rent from here. They hire lazy people to do their work and then screw you over when you move out. 10/10 would not recommend.

I lived at 3440 Delor, an apartment building that this company owned from July 2019-July 2020. They hired a man by the name of Bob Curran as the landlord and maintenance man. The entire duration of my lease was absolute hell, from the moment my infant child and I moved in we experienced the old building crumble around us entirely due to the fact that they were negligent in their repairs and failed to keep the structure updated. The kitchen ceiling opened up within a week of us moving in, which lasted for months as bugs fell onto the stove and floor. The heater broke, the kitchen sink would flood the floor. We dealt with a stench of urine from the building, and an infestation of bugs. The bathroom ceiling grew a leak - I told the maintenance man about it immediately. From September - December we had to deal with this leak. It grew black mold, it grew in size, and it leaked almost constantly before it caved in and fell on top of me and my 7 month old child during her bath. Dust, debris, liquid POURING and black mold was exposed and we were COVERED. The maintenance man came on 3 separate occasions every month it got worse and did nothing but leave us with excuses and “hoped it got better”. After the hole was left in the ceiling we still had to wait a week for a plumber to fix the problem, which we found out was a large hole in the pipe that connected to the upstairs neighbors toilet. TOILET. WE WERE BEING RAINED ON BY URINE AND FECES FOR MONTHS!!!! They offered us no solution, no apology, nothing. They claimed they turned the water off while we waited but the neighbor upstairs continued to use the toilet with a giant hole continuing to rain human waste all over our bathroom. I told Bob, he offered no solution. They sent me a bill for damages, I tried fighting this in court and they have avoided being served, the courts cannot find them. They sent the bill to collections even after I told them I was pursuing this in court. My case got dismissed because this company and the man they hired, Bob Curran, refuses to take care of their tenants and subject them to live in filth and human waste. I will do everything I can to keep people out of harms way from doing business with this company, the conditions of my stay were absolutely deplorable. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
