HRK is rents run down overpriced apartments and they don’t have a phone number for a reason. They don’t want to deal with your issues and they won’t. My shower leaked into my basement for 4 years and they refused to fix it.

If I could give more stars I would! I have rented from a lot of landlords and management companies, and I have never found one like HRK before. Tony made us feel like family the moment we sat down to sign our lease 2 years ago. They not only welcomed us, but our fur babies as well. Anytime something needed fixed, they would send someone out immediately and continue to follow up with communication to make sure we were happy. They truly support you making your space your home. My husband and I have been truly blessed to have HRK as our landlord for the last two years. We are going to be very sad to leave them.

HRK has been great! They went above and beyond in renovating the house I live in. They also ensured the large backyard is completely fenced-in and safe for my dog to roam and play. Their leasing process is painless and informative. I've had varying landlords in the past, but HRK has been tops all around! (Also, Chelsea who rated 1 star is just a typical complainer of which her comments have no merit. She only rated out of bitterness, to affect HRK's standing on Google, and to name drop Garcia for some reason; it's rather odd she hasn't rated Garcia. Additionally, the word is spelled "shoddy" not "shotty" but nice try.)

My husband, my self and our fur babies are so greatful for the staff at HRK properties. They are very professional and prompt. They are the best landlords we have had ever and we have had a few. I would recommend anyone with fur babies or not to rent from this company. Thank you all at HRK properties.
