Hampton KinderCare

Our daughter loves her daycare. The staff here are all very kind and loving. The facility is in an older building but kept very, very clean. The director is very responsive and communicates with families openly and often. We have really loved our experience here! My daughter has thrived with all of her teachers. I appreciate the thought they put into the learning activities each month. Highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend the Hampton KinderCare. Shuai and the entire staff have been so great. Our oldest started at three months old and is going on 18 months, so she has been in three classrooms as shes gotten older and each one seems to somehow be even better than the last! You could tell in each classroom that the teachers truly care about your child and are just as excited as you to see them grow. I feel like they treat your child as if they are family, which is so reassuring as a parent. Ive experienced great communication from the teachers and Shuia and along with the KinderCare app I always feel up to date about how my child is doing. My child is so excited each morning when we enter the building. Looking forward to sending our second child there soon!

My child has been attending for the past year and my familys had a good experience. My child is always happy to arrive and greet their friends and teachers and always still happy when I pick them up. Their teachers send lots of photos and updates, genuinely seem to enjoy having them, and consistently do daily activities and outdoor time. Theyve learned so much from Kindercare - there have been times we have tried to teach them something and discover they have already learned it (high fives, for example). The facilities feel a little dated but thats less important to us than our child being in a warm free-play environment.

I would not recommend this place for care and definitely not a job. At all costs seek employment and child care elsewhere.

I have had a disappointing experience with this Kindercare facility in St. Louis. Despite expressing interest in enrollment, I faced ongoing communication issues and misinformation about availability. After multiple attempts, the lack of responsiveness and conflicting details left me frustrated. The promised Zoom tour was a no-show, wasting my time and impacting my work schedule. It's disheartening to feel that my child's future was not a priority, and the overall lack of organization and trust-building was disappointing.
