Quick, courteous and lives up to his word. I called Bill at Plumbing Doctors to come out and replace 2 hose bibs at my house that were 30 years old. Bill came out the next day to estimate the work and again the day after that to perform the work. After about a week, I noticed a minor issue and Bill came out again to fix the problem at no charge. I would use Plumbing Doctors again for any plumbing issue.

We needed a new water heater, and we wanted it to be in a different spot in the basement. Bill came up with a plan that would work in our older home, so we are very pleased with the service we received. Bill is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and a nice plus-- he left the basement probably cleaner than it was when he started! We are very happy with our new water heater.

Thank you for coming over even if it was on such short notice. You are the only plumbing contractor I trust here in Saint Louis MO. Called tthem themp up yesterday to have someone fix our water heaters and they sent their plumber right away!
