I can't say enough good things about Steve and this company! Lets start with me calling him very early in the morning and he was on another line. He immediately texted me to let me know he was on another call, but my preferred contact method is texting anyway so I asked for an upfront quote. He asked a few clarifying questions, I sent a couple pictures, he provided an estimate, and he came out within hours to do the job. To say this was an easy process is an understatement. I spent the previous night and morning calling other plumbers who wanted to charge so much money for an estimate, or could put me on schedules a few days out. Steve made things simple, quick, and with a local feel that I very much appreciated. Within hours he not only fixed my leaking spigot but he installed a water shut off valve to make my life easier when it comes to our cold winters in STL and now I wont have to worry about my pipe freezing every winter. Not only was he kind and knowledgeable, but he also got the job done quickly and professionally while providing fair and upfront pricing. Thanks to Steve, I've found my new plumber for life. I don't leave reviews often unless I am truly amazed by their service, and Steve certainly exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend his services!

Steve and the team were extremely helpful. They replaced my water heater and diagnosed my water pressure issue quickly and with a great price. They are very friendly as well. The only plumbing guys Ill be calling in the future.

My water heater was leaking and Steve came out and replaced it a day later. Great price and outstanding service. He even help with the rebate from spires for the higher efficiency heater. Great choice for your plumbing needs.

Excellent work. Quick response. Friendly staff. Not a darn thing to complain about. They replaced the sump pump for me. It was gross but they did it anyway. Would use again. Five stars. #coolplumber
