        The roast beef sandwich is way to much for the amount of meat they put on it there's more bread than meat heard good things about this place now I've tried & very disappointing

        I had been curious about this place as I live nearby. Among other things, I ordered a 14" hand tossed, but received something entirely different, which looked nothing like what was pictured on the menu, then had to argue with the pizza restaurant that doesn't know what hand tossed pizza looks like. Aside from that, the sauce was so sweet it could be a dessert, the cheese, crust and only topping I had was completely devoid of flavor. Even the ranch I would've been glad I ordered on the side to somehow salvage this irredeemably bad pizza was bottom shelf, bottled dollar store ranch. A side of alfredo sauce I received was the same. Nothing seemed fresh and nothing was quality. Joanie's To Go?? Maybe you shouldn't.

      Hello Sharen, I apologize again you feel there was not an appropriate amount of meat on the garlic cheese bread roast beef sandwich. As I explained when you came in to complain, it is all weighed and portioned after we slice it. I offered you a full refund of the $12.75 plus tax for the sandwich, au jus, and chips and you declined the offer. Not sure what else I could have done to remedy the situation. The roast beef is our most popular sandwich. Sorry you were not able to experience that.
