EVERYONE WITH A GLUTEN INTOLERANCE, read this!!! One of my father in laws friends is GF due to an allergy. He recommended this place because the owner had told him that their flour is directly imported in from Italy and it wouldnt cause him any issues. He ate it and swears by it. So we tried it!! My allergy is so sensitive that if I eat food fried in the same oil with something containing gluten, I get sick. However, I hate about 4 slices and had zero issues. It was so strange. I was totally expecting to feel sick, but nothing. The pizza was the best pizza Ive ever had and they even gave us fresh arugula to add on top. I want to go back ASAP! The first pizza Ive had in about 5 years that wasnt technically gluten free. Its crazy how the ingredients are so much better in other countries. I would 1000% recommend this. Can not WAIT to go back!
