Hi ChristyThank you for coming to check out the shop. This response isn't to sway you to come back as it seems you have your mind set. But I would like to address some things. 1. I apologize if you felt I was dismissive. I never would purposely be dismissive of anyone or be rude. I apologize if I came across that way. I love everyone that comes into my store and their support and to hear that I came across rude is disheartening. Believe l me, that is never my intent. 2nd. Me replying to reviews is never to give an excuse, but just another side to the story. If someone has a bad experience then I want to be able to understand and open that dialogue. Our store number is posted on all social media accounts as well and I would love to talk to anyone over the phone or in person. 3rd. I can not delete reviews. That's a fact. If a review was deleted, then Google did that. I have no control over that. 4. Moldy treats can happen as a result of all natural treats with no preservatives. We normally sell at a rate our treats don't get moldy and we do check out treats daily, but we are human and things happen. If anyone every buys a treat with mild on it, then they are of course able to report that to us and they will get new, fresh replacements (plus an extra or two!). 5. The only section of the store that has poor selection is our cat section. Our cat customer base makes up less than 10% of our total customers. It's hard to keep a big selection that will expire or sit on our shelves not producing profit. That being said, we are always open to suggestions to products. In fact, a lot of those cat brands and products are there because customers have asked us to carry certain things for them. If you want to see a specific product, just talk to me and I would love to look into the options. 6. I am a small business and it's a struggle. I put in 80 hour weeks and am constantly to improve my business. I would much prefer if you had any feedback it be over the phone or face to face so we can really sit an talk about your experience. Especially being in the neighborhood, it's sad to hear you're not only bashing a local place but actively telling people to avoid it. Don't we all want each other to succeed? I don't know what you do for a career, but I genuinely hope you're doing something you love and that you're succeeding and that no one is going after you for not being the best you could be. I have almost of 3 years under my belt and a lot of loyal customers that I love dearly. I greet everyone with a smile. Every dog that walks in becomes family. I appreciate every dollar spent at my store. I understand that I won't be able to please everyone, and I understand that not everyone will like me or my business. But please don't actively root against my livelihood. And please call me or talk to me in person if you have a bad experience so we can have a 2 sided conversation about it.

Oh no! We are sorry to hear this! Our treats are made with all.natural ingredients with no preservatives. We dehydrate a lot of our treats too to prevent excess moisture in our treats. Our treats can also be stored in the refrigerator to maximize their shelf life after purchase. Unfortunately mold will find its way to all natural treats!That being said, we always want happy customers! Stop by and grab some couple treats on us!
