Wow! Very pleased with the service I received from Rob @ Cardinal Insect. I made 2-3 other calls before finding his number on google, after one ring he was on the line giving me info on the problem I was coming home to from vacation (termites in garage 2021), pricing, & a time frame to come up to do the job the NEXT DAY! Everything worked out I am ready to call again for my annual spray around full perimeter of house, detached oversized garage, & basement! I mean I read all the reviews and they sound great but this guy Rob was extremely unprofessional towards me and rude. I was looking for help and explained that I had a narrow minded landlord that didn't understand my issue and Rob was extremely rude about it. He sounds like a good salesman but when I told him I had been offered a 90 day warranty from another company and asked if he would be willing to offer the same warranty he got rude and told me to just go with the other company. If he was so confident about his product then that shouldn't have been an issue. Somebody who is so confident in their product shouldn't have a problem offering a decent warranty especially since he's so confident he doesn't even have to do an inspection. But based off his customer service skills alone I wouldn't work with him and would never in my life refer someone to him. He needs to learn to be more respectful towards people who aren't as knowledgeable about things as he is with his degree in chemistry.

Im so confused what I may have done to the owner. I used Robert services last January. I paid 300 bucks for 8 traps. When I purchased the traps, he told me they will be good for 5 years. When I discovered mice in my home last month. I check the traps about half are empty of the poison . I called him and he told me to that he would have to come and fill them and to text my info to the number I was talking to him on. So I did, and over a week had passed and I heard nothing . I text again and nothing . I also had left a email a few days prior to my call and he said he hadnt read them yet. So I called a couple Saturdays ago and I left a voicemail. It is now nov 8 and Ive been trying to get a call back for 3 weeks now. Im a single women with a very tight income , So spending 300.00 bucks on 8 traps was a lot for me but I believe in him. Now I feel used and taken advantage for a stupid female fool.Im very upset and hurt by this treatment. I work in the retail so I know how people can be mean so I always try to be nice. So I dont know what I did? But I know the mice are laughing at those traps now.

I want to first say that my dad is 82 years old and went fishing and stayed in a motel and brought bed bugs home. He had no idea. In the mean time my stepmother was diagnosed with lung cancer and so months went by and by the time I finally figured out where they were coming from it was a situation out of control and a serious infestation. I knew immediately I needed help at my dad's house. I got on my phone and found this company and was able to leave a message on the site about our issue. It was no time and I received a call back from Rob. Rob i must say is my Knight in Shinning Armour Bed Bug Man. Rob was an absolute Professional, he was kind , patient, had very good communication, explained in great detail what needed to be done to me and my dad, This was a big job and he handled it like it was nothing. He ended up coming out twice to my request as I felt it needed it. Great service, very fair price, true professionalism and knowledgeable 100 %. Our problem has been resolved and I and my dad are very thankful. I would recommend this company and Rob with no hesitation. Thank you so much Rob for helping us. Service: Bed bug extermination
