If you need to obtain settlement of an insurance claim, we highly recommend you have Gretchen Myers and The Law Offices of Gretchen Myers represent you. After 6 months of negotiations, the insurance company was failing to settle the claim. Ms. Meyers agreed to represent us and within 2 months, the insurance company agreed to a fair and favorable settlement of the claim. My experience was not a very good one. I never spoke personally to this attorney even after I called the second time 5 days later. I gave all of my information to her secretary in which stated that Ms Myers would give me a call back. I called back and secretary told me the attorney was really busy, but one of them would call back either that evening or first thing the next morning. It is now a week later, and still no call back. If Ms Myers didnt want my daughter's case then I would have understood, but no call back is very unprofessional which is something I really didnt expect from someone with this nice profile.
