After having my case for over 4 weeks, I received a call from BC telling me that they were dropping my case. Reason: they were afraid that they would be all the way to court to find out that the person that hit me had no assets and they would not make any money off my case. (In other words, we have researched the offending party and they have no assets). And here is a good quote.
"...I mean, we notified the other party of our representation for you and they didn't even respond. " Attorney Deborah something (it's not worth my time to look up her last name.) Seriously?????
I was smothered with kindness for weeks and then this Attorney was quite rude.
So my conclusion, Brown & Croupen, they ARE like all the rest. They aren't here for you. It's all about them and money. Represent St. Louis people? Nope!! Well, only certain people.
