The receptionist who answer the phone is so damn dry & rude, she needs a class on customer service. I hope he replaces her one day because I'm sure he's lost plenty of patients because of her dry attitude. Wish I could give them 0 stars

I made an appointment via Zoc Doc for a Saturday visit. I called the office to check to make sure they accepted my insurance. The lady that answered the phone was SOO rude, I was disgusted. She was extremely abrasive and dismissive. She told me to just ‘come on and she’ll take a look at it when I get there.’ I told her, I didn’t want to just ‘show up’ I wanted to check first. She began naming off insurances they accepted with an attitude as though what I was requesting was unreasonable. She was the quintessential ghetto receptionist. The doctor may be a good Doc, he just definitely needs better help. I’m cancelling my appointment, I will not be a part of such lunacy.
